1. When is your PurpleBag open?
We are open from 8:00AM to 8:00PM. We are closed on Mondays.
2. How do I Schedule a pickup?
Just download and install our app and you are a click away.
3. What locations do you provide pickup and drop?
Currently, we provide pick-up and drop for the following areas: Manikonda, Gachibowli, Kondapur, Madhapur, Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Ameerpet, Panjagutta, Srinagar Colony, SR Nagar, Kukatpally, KPHB, Nizampet, Miyapur and cover under this circle. More areas are coming soon.
4. Do you mix my clothes with other people's clothes?
We do not mix any of your clothes with those of others in order to maintain hygiene. We label each washer, dryer and laundry cart with your identifying information.
5. How do I have to pay for your services?
Payment can be done at the time of delivery (COD). Or can be done at the time of order through online payment gateway or cash
6. Will stain removal delay my order?
Yes, difficult stains may delay your order by one or two days.
7. ow fast can I have my garments back?
Although certain items may require longer, you can generally expect most orders to be completed within three business days.
8. Do you have express services?
We offer express services on an additional charge.
9. What happens if clothes in my order are damaged?
Any items determined to have been damaged/ lost by PurpleBag will be reimbursed in accordance with the International Fabricare Fair Claims Guide and shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.
10. Do you give any guarantee for colour bleed?
Colour bleed depends on cloth quality, the dye used, etc, so we would only try to reduce the colour bleed and we do not have complete control and we can't guarantee on the same.
11. How long do you store finished garments?
We store your clothes 15 Calendar days. (Please go through our terms and service).
